Questions & Answers
Do you always separate the laundry?
No, if you do not want us to separate, we will wash everything together. It can make it more affordable, as it becomes less loads to wash. However if you still wish us to separate your laundry, we are more than happy to do so.
If I organise my laundry to be picked up regularly, do I need to choose the same day for pick-up?
No, you do not need to have the same day chosen for your pick-up and delivery. However, if you choose different days, it will be subject to availability, and will need enough notice to book you in.
How late can I cancel my pick-up?
Sudsy Socks requires at least 24 hours notice to cancel your pick-up. Otherwise it will be considered a missed pick-up and will incur a $10 fee.
Exclusions – At this point in time, Sudsy Socks cannot wash items such as: Quilts, blankets, doonas, duvets, cushions, pillows, curtains, shoes, helmets, bags, backpacks, lunch boxes, soft toys, pet bedding, pet accessories, soiled pet items, cloth nappies, clothes with bodily or animal waste such as vomit, blood, or faeces. Medical waste including but not limited to syringes, needles, sanitry products, bandages, or hazardous material.
